• M Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

• M Travel acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for claims or coverage decisions.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• M Travel acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of such suppliers.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics or health-related issues
